What makes us different? For starters, we've actually run and exited companies.

Our story started like many acquisition entrepreneurs when two of our GPs, Jon and Gabe, bought a commercial landscape business. Soon after they bought another, and soon after that they ran out of money.

Ultimately this lead to the formation of our first committed fund, and was the foundation for the playbook we run today with all of our acquisition entrepreneurs.

Our Team.

The Verde team is comprised of former entrepreneurs, PE-backed operators and yes, even a lawyer. The firm's culture is fast-paced and no nonsense but we find time to have fun, connect on a personal level, and deeply enjoy the work.
